ITS HISTORY
A former sawmill, active until the 19th century, the mill is a witness to the industrial history and the flourishing river trade of the town.
Located on the banks of the Trieux River, you can still admire its water wheel, a remnant of that era
Today, the Pontrieux mill is a heritage site that attracts many tourists interested in the history and heritage of the Côtes d’Armor.
Restored by Stéphane Tholance, a certified architect, the site represents an integral part of this unique atmosphere, blending nature and history.
THE TOWN OF PONTRIEUX
A town renowned for its picturesque setting and typical Breton charm.
It is marked by traditional architecture with its half-timbered houses, small cobbled streets, and flowery gardens.

Pontrieux is a town intimately linked to its river, which allowed the transport of goods by boat directly to the sea.
